We hate to brag, but everyone who visits our Summit Getaway and Hideaway condos raves. Both units offer great and relaxing spaces. The units have been recently remodeled. They have comfortable, warm, cozy, eclectic and inviting décor that matches the great mountain and lake views.
Be among those who have had the pleasure of staying in these quiet, tasteful and well appointed newly remodel condos that overlook the Lake Dillon Marina .
Rented separately, the Summit Getaway and Hideaway each have one bedroom. They can also be rented together and turned into a 3 bedroom that holds up to eight people.

Area Information
In the summer, you are on the bicycle path connecting Keystone, Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain , and Vail. Sailing, boating and fishing are minutes away. Within two blocks, there is an amphitheater which offers free concerts, farmer’s market and other activities.
World class ski areas are close by. It’s a ten minute drive to Keystone Ski area which includes North Peak and the challenging Outback. The free Summit County shuttle will pick you up just one short block away to take you directly there. Its only another ten to fifteen minute drive to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain and the legendary A-Basin, and less than a 40 minute drive to Vail. A huge variety of other winter activities are near as well. Nordic skiing, snow shoeing, tubing, kite boarding, dog sled, hay rides and snowmobiling.
Year around offers great restaurants and a live theater are within walking distance. In addition, Summit County is home to many other great dining and entertainment options – from awesome 4 star restaurants to excellent casual dining to some of the best burgers available. You will find concerts, night clubs, live music and theater too. We have a list of many of our favorites waiting for you in our Welcome Book.

The Summit Stage free shuttle stops one block from the front door for access to most of the county.

The refundable damage deposit is $200 for stays of less than 10 days.
This includes a cleaning fee of $50 which is fully refundable under the following circumstances:
1. Stay is for 3 nights or more (except at the $45-65 nightly low season rate)
2. The unit is left clean (beds stripped, dishes cleaned, floors swept and vacuumed, kitchen and bath cleaned.)
3. There is not any damage.
Payment by PayPal, Check or Money Order. Damage deposit due at time of booking.
Full payment one month before arrival.
No refunds will be give for cancellations less than 45 days in advance unless the unit is re-rented for that same period. In the event of a lower cost rental, the difference in price will be deducted from the deposit.
A $50 cancellation fee always applies.
